Boards & Membranes

FR-MO Boards

The FR-MO Boards have been designed according to specifications to be used as sub-roof material, compatible with a range of Synthetic Tiles. This helps direct any moisture or water away from the roof structure, providing added protection during bad weather and storms. It also offers excellent leak protection, keeping the roof and that underneath it safe and dry.

The Board is Class A1 fire-resistant, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1000 degrees Celsius. With technological innovation, this advanced building material delivers superior performance in every category. Compared to traditional wood, gypsum, and cement-based products, the difference is clear.

The design of the FR-MO Board offers additional benefits, such as versatility in protecting against numerous potential issues. It is especially beneficial for various applications, including shingle roofing, artificial thatch, and other thatched roofing materials. The FR-MO Boards are virtually impervious to fire, water, and insects; they do not support Mold or mildew growth and are non-toxic and non-combustible.

Furthermore, the boards are durable and maintain their dimensional stability even when wet, making them a reliable choice for roofing needs. The board’s exceptional bonding surfaces make it ideal for creating robust, long-lasting roofing structures. Its development has focused on reducing the risk of rot, ensuring both longevity and structural integrity. Additionally, as a mineral-based, green building product, the FR-MO Board stands out as a homogenous, no-de-lamination option, making it an environmentally friendly choice for construction projects.

Membrane

Synthetic roofing Membrane are lighter and thinner than traditional asphalt felts, making them easy to install with a unique walking pattern. These Membrane are highly resistant to tears and leaks, maintaining a smooth, wrinkle-free surface. They do not absorb moisture, preventing fungal growth, and are also resistant to UV damage, allowing them to be exposed to the elements for periods ranging from six months to a year.

Providing an additional layer of protection beyond what thatch tiles alone can offer, synthetic roofing Membrane are crafted using advanced weaving and co-ex coating techniques. These four-layered Membrane boast excellent anti-skid properties, superior mechanical strength, and outstanding flatness. The distinctive walking pattern aids in installation, and if needed, embossed patterns can be incorporated onto the surface of the non-woven layer.
